Running, winter and sectional road maintenance per service level agreements
Description:
Rotomat supports road infrastructure administrators in proper discharge of their obligations in infrastructure maintenance. This business focus of Rotomat includes maintenance services for the public sector (public road administrators) and the private sector (building developers and administrators). The objective is the maintenance of proper road functioning, parking lots and other RoW infrastructure features:
- Winter maintenance of roads, pedestrian pavements, parking lots and civil engineering structures (preventive and emergency de-icing, snow clearing of roads and pedestrian pavements, and snow fence installation).
- Spot repairs and maintenance of road surfaces.
- Roadway cosmetic conservation (sanitation; management and conservation of green spaces, roadsides and road drainage facilities).
- Road traffic safety maintenance (maintenance of road surface markings, vertical road signs, lamps, traffic lights, road traffic safety controls and restraint systems).
- Design and deployment of temporary road traffic management. Failure containment of road pavements, water, sewage, gas and power line failure sites within roadways.
